The holiday house Casa Lido is situated in the south-eastern part of the Elba Island, about  11 km away from Portoferraio, the main port of the island. Belonging to the municipality of Capoliveri the house ist not situated in the favoured holiday village on the top of a hill, but ca. 2 km away near by the popular, sandy beach Lido di Capoliveri incorporated into a little residential aerea together with other holiday homes. The beach is about 250 m distant and on a country lane with light traffic (only residents) reachable. There you will find bars, restaurants and a little shop, where you can supply yourselves with the necessary.

The Casa Lido itself is situated on a quiet, private road, which ends after 150 m as a dead end street. Opposite to the garden entrance is the private parking with enough space for 3 - 4 cars. The house stands in the center of an enclosed garden, wich is completed towards the house by large terraces.

In the house there are available two holiday appartments. The access to the appartment in the first floor is carried out by an outside staircase, the ground floor appartment is directly accessible over the terrace. Both appartments consist of two rooms, separate kitchen and the bathroom, the ground floor appartment is additionally completed by a roofed loggia.
